Infrared Asphalt Repairs

Poorly maintained pavements pose safety hazards to employees, customers, and guests, putting you at risk for a number of liability issues. Infrared asphalt repairs remove the damaged portion of your paved surface and replace it with fresh asphalt, protecting people from harm and protecting you from legal battles.
The Process
Infrared asphalt repairs are a more efficient and cost-effective alternative to full pavement excavation and replacement. They prevent further damage and deterioration while minimizing your liability as a property owner. Plus, the fresh asphalt will last as long as—if not longer than—the existing asphalt.
Apply Heat
We heat the asphalt to a working temperature of 300° until it reaches 3-4 inches deep.
Level & Compact
We remove the damaged asphalt and lay new asphalt. We then use a vibratory roller to compact the asphalt, making it even with the surrounding asphalt so no seams are left behind.
